Recruits bring environmental expertise

Ibai Castezubi

Environmental monitoring and management specialist enitial has appointed two employees with expertise in the air quality sector and solar energy to develop and improve the services the company provides. Ibai Castezubi (above) and Shaun Grainger (below) have recently been recruited as air quality liaison manager and low energy and solar pump liaison manager respectively.

With over ten years of experience in the environmental services sector, Castezubi will be managing air quality monitoring for a number of enitial’s clients in the public and private sector. He has overseen quality and environmental management systems and is certified to the Environment Agency’s Monitoring Certification Scheme (MCERTS) in the area of air pollution and emissions. He will be involved in ambient air assessment, landfill gas and stack emissions monitoring as well as local exhaust ventilation systems, bioaerosol surveys, occupational hygiene and odour assessments.

Shaun Grainger

In another division, Grainger will be targeting landfill operators to offer low energy and solar pumps which extract leachate at landfill sites. He also plans to have solar panels installed at enitial’s head office in Wolverhampton to offset its carbon footprint as well as offering this service to other businesses in the future. A Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and Solar PV qualified, Grainger has previously worked at a solar company where he managed both commercial and domestic solar panel installations and contracts.
