US air sampling technology firm SKC is offering the Chek-mate flowmeter, said to be an easy to use differential pressure flowmeter for calibrating air flow sample pumps at flow ranges between 0.75 and 5.0 L/min. The Chek-mate meets the accuracy requirements of MDHS 14/4.
The device features no moving parts, built-in temperature and atmospheric pressure compensation, a short stabilisation time, accuracy to 1% over the whole measuring range, auto-shutoff to conserve battery, and is compact, portable and lightweight.
It can be used in any orientation and is seemingly easy to use. An accuracy level of 1% is cited for volumetric readings. The device is IP40 rated.
