A 15-YEAR relationship between a recycling company and a German manufacturer has continued with a recent order for three materials handlers.
Ward Recycling, a family-owned metal and waste management company, has bought two A924C and one A934C wheeled long-reach industrial rehandlers from Liebherr to work at its plants at Ilkeston between Derby and Nottingham and Woodville near Burton-on-Trent.
The latest machines have been added to the fleet to help deal with the increasing waste volumes being handled by the company which is one of the UK’s biggest family-owned recycling specialists and has a turnover of more than £100m. It also operates a large fleet of specialist vehicles, including skip, roll-on-offs and artics.
