Business management software specialist Prodware is offering a CRM solution for firms in the waste and recycling industry.
Building on “extensive experience in waste and recycling”, Prodware UK now offers companies in this sector a solution that it says will improve customer relations, project management, collaboration, bid management and sales processes, using the latest CRM technology.
The firm says it sees this solution being used as a far reaching sales, marketing and customer services tool to complement existing users of its Microsoft Dynamics ERP based solution, Prodware Adjust Waste and Recycling.

One firm that has so far chosen to work with Prodware is Staffordshire-headquartered Serious Waste Management, with the software specialist providing support for its Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution. “Our partnership includes exciting plans to grow the solution as well as support business growth in a number of key areas including aligning use of the system by department from lead identification to job resourcing, case management aligning with social engagement as well as scope for key management reporting”.
