A SERIES of video self-help guides for customers has seen Veolia Water Central capture the Institute of Water Innovation Award.
A panel of industry experts selected the winner from a shortlist of regional entries and Jonson Cox, who headed the judging panel said: “Veolia Water Central’s video self-help guides were seen by the judging panel as being innovative, low budget, accessible and easy to find.
“This entry stood out from all of the others as the initiative had clearly been developed by customer focused staff with practical experience of customers’ needs.”
