THE organisers of the Sustainabilitylive! exhibition and conference have declared this year’s event “a resounding success”.
Energy, water, land and sustainable business exhibitions were all held under one roof at the NEC in Birmingham in May and event director Donna Bushell commented: “The feedback we have had has been extremely encouraging, with many exhibitors commenting on the high quality of visitors attending over the three days. The atmosphere was buzzing and once again, we feel the exhibition has been a huge success for all involved.”
The show consisted of the National Energy Management Exhibition, the International Water and Effluent Exhibition, Brownfield Expo and Sustainable Business.
Bushell said many seminars were standing room only with attendance at all six conference theatres counting towards delegates’ Continuing Professional Development.
Next April sees the relaunch of Sustainability Live 2013 in a different format and the introduction of a new exhibition – Energy from Waste Expo – dedicated to the energy from waste (EfW) industry. It will run alongside the energy and water exhibitions, NEMEX energy Live and IWEX water Live from April 16 to 18.
