Latest technologies to be on show

WWEM the specialist event for the Water, Wastewater and Environmental Monitoring community, Telford, England,
Wednesday 7th of November 2012, 9.30am – 5.00pm
Thursday 8th of November 2012, 9.30am – 4.30pm

A range of the latest test and measurement technologies will be shown by rental specialist Ashtead Technology.
Marketing manager Stewart Curtis said: “Our objective for this event is to explain the many benefits of hiring instrumentation from a rental specialist. We have many customers in the water and environmental sectors that choose to rent, rather than buy, equipment because this avoids capital costs and provides them with access to a large fleet of the latest technologies, fully serviced, calibrated and ready for immediate use.”
The stand will feature examples from the company’s rental fleet including noise meters, gas detectors, dust monitors, water quality monitoring instruments and infrared cameras.
Visitors will be invited to test instruments such as Casella sound level meters; the new smaller, lighter, faster, Jerome J605 H2S portable gas analyser; and the compact diffusion-based Crowcon Tetra:3 personal gas monitor for carbon monoxide, methane, oxygen and hydrogen sulphide.
