Intertec has won the contract for environmental protection cabinets and shelters at a massive petrochemical facility.
The products will protect field-based process analysers at the Sadara complex in Saudi Arabia. The outdoor cabinets will be constructed from high-performance GRP to provide protection against extreme climatic conditions that include very high temperatures and UV levels as well as the corrosion threat posed by the process media and sea air.
Intertec expects that cabinets to protect 1,000 field-based analysers will be needed.
